Would RecommendI am replacing my home thermostat, and had the option to select one that also monitors the humidity to turn on the AC in addition to the temperature. Since that model is more expensive, I bought this thermometer/hygrometer to see just how humid my house gets, to see if it would be worth the extra money for the more advanced thermostat.

Great for monitoring temperature and humidity
Would RecommendWe have actually purchased these in the past. The older versions were a bit smaller. I kind of wish they had kept to the smaller size. Be we keep two at our rental property to check on humidity and temperature deviations between the upstairs back rooms, hall (wall thermostat has its own sensors) and basement. We purchased this one to do the same thing at our residence. Works great. We have had the others for several years now and they still work fine.

Would RecommendThe gauge has an easy to read display and is accurate. The picture of the gauge looks like the outer color is white but it actually is a light gray. Not a big deal but I was hoping it was going to be white for the location that mine was put.

Would Not RecommendTheir is nothing accurate about the readings that I got from this product. I bought this product and 2 others to make sure my thermostat was reading temp properly and this was the only one of the 4 (thermostat and 3 digital thermometers) that was off by 7 or more degrees. The rest were within 1. Do not buy.
