This is exactly what I needed

I was having a lot of trouble getting up from my couch. And then I was able to get this product. Now I can get up and down easily without pains in my knees. I love it.

Bad fit for rocker-recliner?

I ordered this product instead of the walker/stand assist. It wasn't compatible with my rocker-recliner, which is broken. I'm keeping the Universal Stand Assist and shopping for a new recliner. If it still doesn't fit, I'll return it within 45 days from pick up) and re-order the walker/stand assist.

Easy install and sturdy

I bought due to I am needing two hip replacements surgeries. I wanted to be able to sit on my couch during recovery. Order this, and I am very happy wit it.

Very helpful!

I installed this on my living room sofa since it’s very low and tough to push off of. The soft surface of the couch makes that even harder. The handles on the stand assist eliminate that problem and give me a secure and hard surface to push off from. I highly recommend this solution.

Safe and sturdy

This item works great to assist my loved one when he gets up and down from the couch. It's safe and sturdy. I didn't give it 5 stars because it had a lot of parts to assemble. I had to get my daughter's help to assemble it.

Works as needed

I am unable to standup or walk without some method of assistance. This provided me with a way to get out of a chair, and works well.

I bought this because of some hip issues, a benefit of getting old. It is easy to assemble and really helpful. It's a great piece of equipment and even works around a recliner. I would highly recommend this to anyone with any level of mobility issues

I bought this Stand Assist to help my husband when he’s relaxing in his recliner in our living room. He loves it because it gives him the freedom to get up and down without asking for help. He found it well made and easy to install.

Adjusts for any chair

This item is adjustable in every direction to allow its use on virtually any chair or couch. You do need to use the allen wrench for most adjustments.
