The table uses the chair you will use as the base for stability and leverage. Our lift chair barely fits on the base, so using the handle for pulling up with full body weight tips the table a bit and could be more sturdy. Adjustment features are well engineered. Looks Well Made, Needs Rubberized Handle
Would RecommendBought this for my grandmother for Christmas. I think this will help nicely transferring her from her recliner to her wheelchair/toilet. However I think for the sake of grip and skin protection (many elderly have easily damaged skin), there should be a rubber or silicone grip over the plastic handle. I ordered some Friction Tape in lieu of this. Besides that, I think the item has great use and potential.

Fits Power Lift Recliner Well
Would RecommendNot only fits the Power lift recliner well but it adjusts to fit my 4ft 10 inch 100 year old Mom. Sturdy handle helps her get out of recliner. 1 side of the Recliner sits on the tray support which tilts the recliner slightly but Mom doesn't notice any issues.

The table swivels 360 degrees so you can position and reposition it very easily in any position. This system is good quality, very sturdy, and looks like it will not fall apart easily.

Would RecommendI bought the Able Tray for my 92 year old mom. She loves that the table top swings out and back as needed. The cup holder is a nice feature and the fact that it is easy to wipe off with a Clorox wipe. The handle was a bigger help to her when we first ordered as she was able to use it to help her pull up and out of her chair. She has had a recent set back and does not feel the handle feels as sturdy as she would like at this time. Overall, tremendous help 4.5 score!

Would RecommendWe bought this for my aging mom for her small, assisted living room in memory care. We made it more useful by adding a top with a lip that was a but larger, and it still functioned as described. This thing is heavy duty!! I see this lasting for years!
