I’m really enjoying the taste

I’m really enjoying the taste of the water made a big difference. I will definitely start considering the whole house system. One thing I’m going to talk to you about is that my faucet is dripping. It will drip every two seconds and it is shut off. That’s my only complaint, hopefully I can get a new one sent to me when I order new filters which will be soon Thank you, Tracy, for your advice, expertise and knowledge of the system

I am so surprised to receive this message from your side. I returned your APEC water system because of your pathetic customer support. I love your APEC water. I have this installed few years ago. I don’t like your customers service.

This is the fourth system I have installed for work and homes. Simple to install and change the filters.

Very easy install after reading the instructions. Lines are colored coded and connections are of quick-connect type.

Excellent product

I purchased this system to replace a current system that kept breaking down where the RO water just stopped flowing. This product was a breeze to install. I measure the water quality regularly and it is spectacular! I highly recommend.

This system was easy to install and has the best pressure I have seen out of such a system.

Peace of mind

Very easy install even though I out it in the basement to conserve cabinet space. Now I drink osmosis water and use the same water in my ice maker.

Cheap plastic faucet connector

This faucet would be wonderful if it weren't for the cheap plastic faucet connector and the terrible lack of documentation. The instructions are vague and the parts are not properly identified for buying replacements. The manual mentions 1/4 or 3/8 inch tubes, but does not say which color is which size. There was no mention of the size for the faucet threading. When I asked for a replacement, I specifically asked for the "faucet adapter" as it is called in the manual and I described the damage t...

Pure water!

We bought this system for our home and it is great! It is so nice to have pure water to drink without all the bad tastes and additives. It was a good ourchase for us.

Excellent water taste since 2021.

We bought this filter system in 2021 and enjoyed great taste and great clarity of our drinking water. It took the taste of chlorine and otgher chemicals out of our water. Very grateful to have this in our primary home. Now we are installing one in one of our Airbnb short term rental homes with a well.

Piece of mind!

This RO system is exactly what I was looking for! With all the issue that keep coming to light about the lack municipal water system quality you can now do something about it. I installed the system in the basement just below the kitchen sink. There is about a 6 foot rise from the tank to the faucet. This freed up room under the sink.

Third home RO system

We have previously had several Watts Premier units over the past 30 years. I was a bit skeptical with this new APEC unit due to the PEX hose line connections vs. the compression nut connectors. However, the system assembled easily and without issue or leaks. Much stronger output flow. Nice job APEC. Time will tell. Check back next year..!

Great RO

I installed a RO with a smaller tank (like a gallon and half) with smaller tubing 1/4 a couple of years ago and recently hooked it up to my fridge so we can get cleaner and better tasting water and ice. The issue I was having was the water flow from the older RO system to my fridge was extremely slow and since the water flow was low, it would only fill up 1/2 the ice dispenser tray.
