Leaked at installation

Unfortunately, the plastic failed and produced a small leak which your service rep blamed on my plumber. I live with the leak by putting a bin under cartridge canister and taking up water with a rage (works as leak is small) I paid a lot for my plumber and the problem was not of his making. He used the plumbers tape. It's exhausting trying to keep up with the problems. Well. . . you asked!

It is a good quality product with good customer support. Very clear instructions for installation. It was leaking at the inlet and outlet which customer support gave instruction to fix without any problems.

Apec is top ro system

My family loves apec. Wife loves apec even when I used to work at culligan and had their system. We also tried water drop that costed 3 times the price and were very disappointed with water drop. Wife didn't even drink half cup of water drop garbage ro. Apec is the only company to go with.

RO-90-Ultimate 5-stage

First of all the water tastes really good. I really like the water spout. We had no trouble installing. My only wish is that it would remove 100% of contaminants. Otherwise I like having it which is much better then the city water.

No Bottle Water Needed

I have a well but where I live, even with city water, there is a non toxic bacteria that at times gives the water an odor, especially when it's heated. It goes away after a bit when it "breathes" but the taste of my coffee just wasn't good. I put a reverse osmosis system in my house several years ago and now everybody raves about the quality of my water.
