What Customers Are Saying
The ball valve appears to be a generally reliable and easy-to-use product for plumbing and water line applications. Many customers reported it was simple to install and provided a good quality shutoff valve. However, some experienced issues such as leaks, the handle breaking, or the valve becoming stuck. The quality may not be as high as expected, especially for outdoor/UV exposure, and higher-quality brass valves were recommended in some cases. Overall, it seems to be a decent budget-friendly option that may work well for some applications, but potential durability or reliability issues should be considered.

Ball valve
Would RecommendThis valve works as listed In the description with no issues
Bad about sticking.
Would Not RecommendI installed these in my bathrooms but I never will again. They have a tendency to stick or be really hard to turn. I have one right now that will not turn so I have to cut the entire home water supply off. I have nice shutoffs installed in my kitchen and they work so much better. Do yourself a favor and use quality shutoff valves, especially in tight places that are more difficult to get a hold of.
Leaking Valve
Would Not RecommendValve starts leaking as soon as I turn on the water.
