I cannot recommend this unit to anyone.

The wand holder is plastic and is not attached to the main panel. Had to drill through stainless steel to make a hole for it and in the process punctured one of the hoses. Then had the joy of replacing the hose. The water pressure is about 50% of my previous panel which was still strong with all options turned on. With this I can only run one option at a time.

AKDY shower panel

We just replaced our old panel from different co.( It lasted 12 years). I ordered this model from Lowes based on my plumber recommendation . I ordered on 3/8/25, recieved on 3/14, and was just install by my plumber today,3/19. The unit looks GREAT! It has every function that you would want for relaxing shower! Good water pressure from all the functions. My wife and I are very happy! Highly recommend!

This was a replacement unit of an older shower panel we had. Easy to install and brushed nickel looks beautiful in our shower!

shower tower replacement

This shower tower was purchased to replace our existing shower tower that just quit working. We opted to have our plumbers do the installations due to unknowns behind the wall. The installation went smoothly, and the plumbers were impressed with the material quality of the tower. We love it and are very happy with the outcome.

Think twice before ordering

Item not as described or shown. There is no back panel to cover tubes going up to shower head. Mounting brackets are cheap and not as shown in manual and don't keep unit close to wall

Installation was easy. Would have been 5 stars but I had to remove the water flow restrictor to get good water pressure.

Ready to Buy for 2nd Bathroom

We bought this for our bathroom remodel 5 years ago. We love everything about it. Plumber had no problem installing the unit. It's tall which is needed for overhead clearance and lower body sprays. I enjoy the waterfall for washing my thick hair, it also reminds me of waterfalls we played in during our hikes and travels. We are planning a remodel for our 2nd bathroom which will include another Shower Tower.

Ok But........

It looks incredible although the light stopped working very soon after we installed it. It maybe lasted a month then it was on and off going very dim then eventually stopped working all together. It doesn't have very much pressure. It's adequate but nothing special. I thought it would have had the restrictors to remove but it doesn't.

worth buying

good shower panel. replacement existing model which had trouble with flow control cartridge and temperature cartridge. cost of replacement and plumber charges was just about same as this new panel. I could remove the flow restrictor and that makes all nozzles and shower work simultaneously. single control valve for temperature and flow uses longer lever handle, makes it easy to use. Supply connectors came with unit are just 12 inches long. I had to buy new 30 inch lines.

This replaced another one from a different manufacturer. I absolutely love this new one. It can be used with multiple sprayers and the finish on it is so far resistant to water stains. it was very easy to install since we already had the brackets from old one but feel it would be easy anyway.

Bathroom remodel

Very happy with product. works for short to tall people with the multiple water heads.

haven't installed yet wasn't damaged in shipping. Did notice it doesn't have a top to it .looks like you need to hang it high if not the plumbing shows at the top.
