Where's my umbrella ???
I was notified three times the unbrella was in, three times I went to pick it up and three times I was told it wasnt there. Each time I stood around waiting while they "searched the back". I spent over an hour and a half waiting in total and still dont have the unbrella. I was told it would be tbere for sure in two days. Lowes should be embarrassed

Would RecommendI already wrote a positive review about my umbrella but then a few months after purchase the cord snapped. I contacted customer service, provided photos of the snapped cord, and they promptly sent out a new frame free of charge! Thank you for the great product support.
No way to get replacement parts from company.
Would Not RecommendOne of the umbrella ribs lacked the plastic tip to keep it from ripping into the umbrella fabric. Tried contacting the company for a replacement piece and no luck at all. The company website does not have a reliable contact email address. Although site is available in English, not helpful at all.
