What Customers Are Saying
The impatiens plants from Lowe's received mixed reviews. Many customers praised the plants as beautiful, healthy, and vibrant, with good color variety. However, some reported issues such as plants dying shortly after purchase. The positive reviews highlight the plants' ability to thrive in shaded areas, their long-lasting blooms, and suitability for gardens, pots, and window boxes. On the negative side, customers complained about plants arriving dead or dying soon after planting. There were also issues with delivery, including orders never being received or incorrect items being delivered.

Lowe's Knows
Would RecommendThe impatiens were healthy when I bought them Lowe's which made them easy to adapt to my garden when I planted them. The price I paid was better than the price at other stores.
Epic Fail!
Would Not RecommendNot one of the plants I ordered was delivered. They made random substitutions of plants I didn't order and have no use for. Pretty, but useless...not in my garden plan! Also more expensive than the plants I ordered that were on sale this Memorial Day weekend. I'm seriously NOT happy with this. especially because I had sent the random Instacart shopper (who was hired by Lowe's, not me) a message saying to just cancel my order instead of subbing unwanted plants.
