What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise real Christmas trees for exceptional freshness, strong needle retention, and natural evergreen fragrance that lasts weeks into January. Most highlight full, well-shaped trees with vibrant green color and minimal needle drop, with Fraser Fir varieties especially favored. Reviewers consistently commend competitive pricing and helpful staff assistance with netting and transport. Many express strong loyalty, returning annually for reliable quality. However, some report occasional inconsistencies—premature drying, excessive needle loss, or declining quality in specific years—though these concerns represent a small minority. Overall, most customers find the trees beautiful, durable, and worthwhile despite occasional variability.

Would RecommendFraser Fir is our favorite Christmas tree. The needles are soft and not near as scratchy as a Scotch Pine. Given a choice, we would still pick a Fraser Fir, even if it does cost a little more.

Best Christmas Tree Yet!
Would RecommendOn Dec 22 we needed a tree! Typically we do the whole Christmas Tree Farm experience and cut down our own tree… we didn’t have time. Ready to buy whatever scraggly tree we could find we popped into Lowe’s and they still had quite a few trees, all of which were $20 since we were so close to Christmas. We selected the tallest tree we’ve ever had and it fit perfectly — right up to the ceiling! Most beautiful tree we’ve had as a family yet!
I should’ve shopped earlier as this tree was NOT $
Not a full tree
It was a bargain!
The tree was perfect and nicely shaped & at a good price…
Buy early
Would RecommendGreat tree, Lowes rep kind, courteous and thoughtful. Prices of trees are high but so is everything else.
Our tree was still fresh with soft needles!!!
Would RecommendOur 2024 Christmas tree was great and I got it for a very reasonable price with my Lowe’s discount!!!
Christmas Saved
Would RecommendI found myself close to Christmas. Too close actually. You see, we had taken in three litters of stray felines to foster back in the fall. We are mostly a dog household. So, our home is dog proofed not feline proof. This did not dawn on us as we decorated for Christmas. We limped along constantly maintaining a vigil over the tree and decorations. However, we had to go out of town and entrust the home and pets to a sitter. Once we returned, we found our Christmas tree had met it’s demise. We went...
This ‘live’ tree was dead when purchased
Would Not RecommendI have purchased live trees from Lowe’s for years and have been happy with them. Not this year. Bought it a week before Christmas, as always. We trimmed the bottom, set it up, filled the tree stand with water and tree preservative, as we do every year, then decorated it. When we checked the water level the next morning, the tree had not absorbed any of it-a really bad sign. It never got any better, and dried out in a few days, which means the tree was basically dead when we bought it. Total w...

Excellent tree!
Would RecommendWe drove to Lowe’s to get a Christmas tree, not knowing if any were left. There were 5 trees left and so we picked out one and were thrilled that the tree was marked down to $20! Brought it to the. Ashier-the tree cutter guy cut off a small portion of the bottom and wrapped the tree. It was a beautiful tree, did not lose many needles and served its purpose.
Guess this is jus the way its gonna be.
Would Not RecommendIt was too expensive for such a small tree. It had not been kept wet, and the needles fell off right away. Not pleased at all.
A very good choice !
Would RecommendWhen our source for 25 years became iffy we have relied on Lowes for our tree for the past 3 years and it lasts long and safely beyond the 12 Days of Christmas.
Buy in middle of December Fraiser fir is the best
Would RecommendMost fully shaped tree that we have bought at Lowe’s for the past 7 years since moving to Nashville.
