Locked up and Lowe's won't replace!
Would Not RecommendI used this pole three times for about 5 minutes each (to spray high wasps nests). On the third time, the pole locked up in a nearly fully-extended position. As such, it can't be retracted, so it's use and transportability is now limited. Since it had been past 90 days since purchase, the Lowe's in Morrisville, NC would not exchange it (I wasn't asking for a refund). They suggested that I research the manufacturer online, and contact them instead. Poor product and very poor customer service...
Smooth operation
Would RecommendOk, so what I ended up getting this for was to get hard-to-reach areas while cleaning my gutters. Superb for that. I got a little plastic hook attachment for cleaning gutters and this made quick work of awkward reaching.
