Bought a brand new Coleman Golf Cart. All the batteries were bad/held no charge. Coleman doesn't want to help or be responsible whatsoever ever. Even tho it is less than a year old and still under warranty. NO HELP If you're thinking of buying one, go to a reputable dealer don't waste your money or time. DO NOT BUY. Trust me

Extremely Frustrating Experience

The cart itself is decent. However, the customer service experience has been absolutely horrible making the purchase something I will long regret. A month after purchase we noticed a wobble in the cart when driving near full speed. We were told the closest authorized service was an hour away. Not ideal, but understood. Defective Batteries

Golf Cart will not hold a charge. I'm currently working with coleman to resolve this issue.

seat belt was broken when we purchased it

broken seat belt. they said i can pay to take it to a service center. no customer service. cannot drive on freeway especially with no seatbelt. why should i have to pay to transport this to a service center ?

Nonexistent Customer Support

Cart batteries were stolen along with wiring. Contacted Customer Service to purchase parts and wiring instructions only to be passed from one person to another and never getting any actual support. Final was told to call Kandi. Call to them accomplished nothing. Stay away from this brand/company.

coleman power sports is a joke.

purchased the holf cart two months ago and it has a bent rim and scratched up windsheild so I contacyed Coleman power sports and of course they do not have any parts in stock for these golf carts in stock. Over $10,000.00 dollars wasrtd. Please do yourself a favor and search on their site at the parts they have in stock and can't get them.WHAT A JOKE>

After Sale Service is terrible

The cart overall is ok. The service from the manufacturer is terrible. There are no warranty shops close. Once you get the cart to the repair shop, which in my case was 1 hour away. There are not any available parts for the warranty issue. The so called support from the factory is very weak to say the least. Nothing but excuses and be prepared to be without your cart for months. I would pay more for a product with local support and save yourself some headache.

It was delivered needing to be washed. It was filthy. The parking break doesn't work on an incline.

Check it over close

I like the handling. But will wait on the rest of the review for when the replacement windshield, seat and charging sight glass cover get here. Back seat grab bar is bent and wont allow back seat to fold down. Hopefully this will all be fixed.

Don't Buy! Delivered damaged....Driver drove off after leaving a tow truck driver with cart, then delivered to me. Lowes gave me 10 percent off...damages in excess of $1,500 for parts... STAY AWAY

Extremely frustrating service

The cart itself is decent; however, we had an unusual wobble in the front shortly after bringing it home. Was told we had to contact Coleman dealer. Closest Coleman dealer (they are rare!), was an hour away. And, because it's a warranty job, the dealer obviously doesn't care about customer service and shows this with vurtually no communicate on any details about parts, estimated completion time, etc.... They have now had our cart for 5 weeks and still, no updates...even after calling multiple ...

80miles in and the battery will not keep a charge or go over 5miles an hour. Of course lowes will not take it back, but the qoute was " the last guy had the same problem, but didnt have as many miles". these things are lemmons and the stores know it. I read the reviews saying the same thing, but just assumed it was isolated issues. Dont make the same $10k mistake I did.

Just buy it.. you’ll love it, and so will they.

We absolutely love it:) Our wish list…back up camera, glow in the dark controls, or a review mirror with downward lighting, also a nice sound system would be a bonus. Maybe a 12Volt plug outlet for a tire pump/spot lights/coolers and sliding front seats for shorter or taller/larger bodies. We just ordered a review mirror, under body LED lighting, two over head lights for front and back seats, a blue tooth sound system, and the glove box doors are a definite must have.
