Would Not RecommendCart has less than 600 miles and won't hold a charge and only goes 15 mph. It is still inside the warranty period, however, Lowes tells me to call Coleman, Coleman to call Kandi, and Kandi to call Coleman. A big run around and very disappointed & frustrated.
battery issues
Would Not RecommendThe windshield "hinge" broke after about 1.5 years. I very rarely moved the windshield from the down position. I called about it and was told it was not covered. Fixed it myself. Now the batteries all swelled up and don't hold a charge. I will see if they are covered. The tires cause road noise. They are more for off road. Not allowed on the golf course.

Would Not RecommendWould give 0 stars if i could. We bought this golf cart dec 2023. We drove it 18 miles and it does not work. We were informed it is the control panel or motor. The warranty is horrible and neither Coleman or Kandi will do anything except blame the other company. Neither one of them will stand by their product. Store Manager at lowes not helpful.

Horrible Customer Service
Would Not RecommendI can't review the cart yet because I have yet to drive it. The windshield cracked the day I bought it while I was putting it on the trailer. The website says I have a 90 day limited warranty. I waited 17 days. Customer Service claims I only had 14 days (how convenient). Horribly frustrating but I see that it is a common theme reading these reviews.

Would RecommendWent inside to purchase a Birdbath and this Coleman Electric Golf Cart was sitting outside on clearance. It looked beautiful but I had no way to get it home. The Manager that night was awesome. She says no problem follow me. And set me up with a truck and trailer to get it home. Busy night, but it worked, and I absolutely love the Coleman Golf Cart. Don’t buy it!
Would Not Recommendour Coleman is having issues after 3 months. Powers on but won’t go in reverse or drive occasionally. We’ve called about it and in order to get it looked at we’d have to drive over 2 hours to an authorized dealer. Customer service is terrible. They won’t let you get it fixed anywhere else and reimburse. Took over 2 weeks to get them to find authorized dealers.
