Would RecommendThe gate fits well and is sturdy enough to deter a large dog. The manual must have been improved recently because it was very thorough and easy to follow. I found the fastest way to cut the crossbars was an oscillating multitool; a hand saw would take forever. The sawzall jumped around too much. Buy a separate hinge kit. The gate hinges provided with this product were too small to fit on the terminal post male hinge parts that I had. I bought three of these and will do so again for my next proje...

The hinges are hard to tighten gate latch sticks
Would Not RecommendThe hinges are hard to tighten and the gate latch sticks. Assemble was easy and not sure I would buy again as the gate needed to be assembled in a specfic fashion as top and bottom should be interchangable but was not.

Incorrect instructions
Would Not RecommendHappy with the gate, but instructions for how to cut off of upper and lower horizontal bars was incorrect. We followed instructions on what length they should be to obtain width of gate we wanted, and gate ended up being about an inch and 1/2 narrower. I had to add supplemental bar to outside edge of gate by drilling 2 pilot holes in bar and screwing onto outside frame of gate. Also used latch from removed gate to new gate as it was longer latch to ensure gate would latch securely. Reviewed ...
