Would Not RecommendIt can do an adequate job. Only reason I'm really not too wild about it, is the fact it is so hard to get a decent fit around the nose. Every time there is always a small area that lets air go by aimed upwards into my glasses. That, in turn causes my glasses to fog up and then I can't see what I'm working on. I wish they had a soft foam strip along the top edge of the mask so it would redirect my breath away from my glasses.
