I am a home builder and remodeler who works in dusty conditions frequently. These masks were designed for workplace nuisance dust (not pandemics) and were reasonably priced before COVID. They are now absurdly expensive because, well, because the cost is “what the market will tolerate”. Lowes should find a way to drive the cost of necessary safety equipment down, even if it happens at a modest profit loss.
