Spray bottle attached to product was defective causing significant inconvenience. Customer support replaced only the spray attachment (wouldn't some consideration for the inconvenience be a reasonable response?) but it was packaged carelessly and the attached fill tube was crimped and inoperable. Why bother with this product / company again?

Its convenient & used to work very well bur lately i have to go behind & use windows cleaner to reclean windows. Product leaves them badly streaked. So instead of it saving me precious time & work it adds more.
