This oil is great to oil the sewing machine; all the cabinet and door hinges in the entire house (takes half a day - whew, there's a lot of them); wheels on little red wagon, and computer chairs that roll, and drapery pull hardware. In hot desert's high temperatures to 118 F, with evaporative cooler's high humidity filling the house nonstop for months, I try to do this annually to prevent rust. This can is a little taller than older ones so it doesn't fit in the old drawer, but it's good. ,

Would Not RecommendI’ve use 3 in 1 multi-purpose all my life with great success on tools, specifically for craftsman V series ratchets. Past few years the new plastic bottles have been nothing but a leaky mess all over the work bench soaking the wood. I’ve had more leak than I ever use. The extending tube bottle is horrible and acts as a siphon. Luckily I still have an old metal can I had kept as a keepsake and have started transferring the oil from the plastic bottles to my antique 3in1 metal can with a grease g...
