Would RecommendJeff delivered our Black mulch on time with great communications on delivery timing updates. Lowe's website is very poor. I wanted a pallet of mulch so I ordered online with delivery. The web site does not tell you how many bags are on a pallet. I had to call the store to find out. I've had this issue with several outdoor and / or landscape items. If the item is at the store and is on a pallet for viewing you should be able to order a pallet as an option online.
Disappointing color
Would Not RecommendDisappointed with the color. It is definitely NOT black. More of a dark brown. Darker than the brown mulch sold, but certainly not black. Bought Lowes black mulch a year ago, and there's a night-and-day difference in the color between that (even a year old) and this new stuff.
BAD MULCH!
Would Not RecommendPurchased 4 bags of the Permagreen black mulch, spread throughout my flower gardens. Looked great until 2nd day rains, when I saw the mulch was no longer black, not even gray, but almost to a natural wood. I'm very disappointed and hope Lowes will refund or give credit towards a better quality black mulch. Darker mulch was preexisting mulch and under my peonie plant.
Great Curbside at outdoor department with loading.
Loved the service at curbside pickup. The guys were amazing loading a total of 110 bags, between three trips to Lowes.

Would RecommendProduct was fine. Service was horrible. My delivery was delayed by 3 days and not one person from Lowe’s called me. Then they tried to delivery 40 bags at 9pm at night.

BUT WAY TOO MANY EXTREMELY LARGE MULCH PIECES IN ALL OF THE 70 BAGS THAT I PURCHASED!!!’n The labelling of PREMIUM MULCH IS NOT ONLY MISLEADING BUT ALSO TOTALLY FALSE!!! This Mulch is SIMPLY JUNK …. It's a good product but it does not hold it's color after a good downpour. Recommend putting it down days before a rain storm.
