Would RecommendThe whole purpose of ordering online and picking it up is to not have to get out of the car to get my purchase. In this case I had to go to customer service and get a receipt then go to the plant section and give them this receipt then go to a trailer and wait. The guys loading my mulch were great and the lady in the plant section was to. If there is not going to be hassle free pickup take it off the options list.
