Doesn’t work

I have bought several of these and each one had issues from just not working at all to missing pieces.

Junk - Defective

Another failed Utilitech product. 24 hours after installation, it started randomly switching on and off. Utilitech is a trash brand and Lowe's needs to distance themselves from it.

There is no timer

Buying this I knew it was a motion sensor light. I thought like sensor lights I have experience with, it would have a timer, nope, it stays on until you wave by the sensor again. Also you need to be close to the sensor for it to be activated. I wanted it mounted on the ceiling over our washer. That worked great, easy to install, the cord reached the outlet, unfortunately my wife is short and couldn’t reach the sensor. We now have a stick so she waves that to activate the sensor. Walk away, please walk away from these lights!

These lights are possessed! They come on and off at THEIR will. I put them up and walked out of the house only to return to them strobing on and off. You can’t work under the lights or they come on and off as you move underneath them. We did research after putting them up and the same thing happened to others. Walk away quickly!!!!

An excellent under cabinet worklight. Our coffee area was just too dark. I added this light in no time. I used doublestick tape, instead of the screws included, so it was very easy. I really like the hands free switch and dimming. Just wave you hand for on or off, hold it near the light to dim. It even has a multiposition switch for color temperature, to match it to your lighting scheme. Fantastic under-cabinet lighting

This is fantastic under-cabinet lighting. We bought 2 and they connect to each other and work as one unit. Operated with just hand motions under the first light. They are invisible except for the thin white cord coming down from the end of the first piece. We plugged ours in behind the microwave. Highly recommend.
