Replaced 28 year old Liftmaster

I was able to replace my 28 year-old LiftMaster garage door motor with this unit. I used all the existing rails and chain with only an adjustments to the mounting of the unit itself. It took a few hours because I did it by myself, but once I figured out what went into what plug and tightened down the bolts it was a good replacement. Very difficult to program I still have not been able to use it due to problems programming it. The directions and the unit doesn’t provide the reason why it is not working

Works fairly well

I like that the button on the wall can be pressed and held down to close the door and bypass the sensors at the bottom. It only comes with one car button and we have yet to be successful in programming it to either of our vehicles with built in buttons. Excellent garage door opener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this garage door opener. I can open it with the app, the button in the garage, or the buttons in the car. It was easy to install on our own (two people) and super easy to make adjustments to the door. I live in northern Mn and have a non-heated garage, and it help up perfectly through the winter. I seriously love this thing.

The garage door opener is nice and quiet. I had to request the PDF to the Owner's Installation Manual as it was Not on the Lowes website. The Plastic cover of the garage door opener that covers the light bulb, the mounts that are used to snap in the plastic cover were broken during shipment and having a very difficult time getting through Craftman customer service. Piece of junk that is too smart for it's own good

We get it completely installed run through all the programming for how far to open and close and the wall button for the open signals but all the opener does it flash! Biggest waste of money didn't even want the Bluetooth features it was just the only craftsman opener available when we bought.

Craftsman 1/2-hp Chain drive Garage door opener.

Very easy to install and program opener to remotes, keypad, etc. Start to finish in just under 3 hours. The opener is very quiet compared to the 19-years old unit it replaced. It was also a Craftsman 1/2-hp. Very smooth drive-chain function and motor operation.
