Got this one at Lowes and it was completely an R&R project. after 25 years nothing had changed dimensionally, everything bolted onto all the original brackets. Easiest Saturday project ever! It is also the quietest opener I have ever owned.

The product is fine. The problrm is with the installers. I paid in advance for installation and was told that I would be contacted by the installers 1 or 2 days after arival for an installation date and time. After no phone calls for a week after I received the unit I made a number of calls to see what the delay was. After 9 days of not hearing from the installers I called Lowes and told them to cancel their installers and I would install it myself. I also asked Lowes for a refund for the ad...

Would RecommendReplaced my 20 year old 1/2 hp opener and this was an easy fit to the old hardware. Only a minor bracket adjustment. This one is very quiet compared to the old one and the WiFi enabled app to operate the opener works well. Took a few minutes to sort out the programming. Spliced the safety sensors on the old wires and the doorbell style manual opener is much smaller than the old one.
