check the base if you paint red
Would Not RecommendHave used valspar paints and had good luck with them but this red paint took 6 coats to cover, do not recommend. After 3rd coat, took paint back in and was told if a gray or white base would have been used would not have taken so many coats.

Two coats on tan and zero coverage
Would Not RecommendUsed a whole gallon on a small bedroom and we can still see the tan through both coats. It took hours and now I get to go buy more paint tomorrow. Never again.

Make sure the color matches the paint samples.
It was the wrong color. We asked for white pepper but it dryed with purple color. paint stated 4005-1a white pepper. You need to correct the color code between stores paint paper color samples and paint real dry color .

Would Not RecommendEven after a couple of coats, the paint looked streaky. We were going to give it a third coat, but we decided we didn't like the color after all.
