Bought 5 blinds for our kitchen and 2 for the living room. Looked great at first but 4 out of the 5 blinds failed in the kitchen after 2 years of normal use and need to be replaced. Junk product, will never buy again.

True blackout Shade alternate
Would RecommendWe purchased expensive rail style blackout shades for our master bathroom and bedroom and loved them. We couldn't make that style work on our front door. We saw these in Lowes, had it cut to size, and went with this style throughout the house. We put these shades on six windows for less than half the price of true 100% blackout shades. These shades block out about 95% of the outside light.
