Would RecommendLoved this paint. This paint was so nice. I usually buy Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this paint. I thought equal to or better than my usual paint choices. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Three coats for a pastel over cream!
Would Not RecommendI’ve used Valspar exclusively for over 35 years. It used to be great. Now we’ve just had to go buy a second gallon to finish our foyer and small hallway, because the pastel we chose (going over off-white) is going to require a THIRD coat. Completely unacceptable. After all these years I’ll be trying a different brand the next time.

Good coverage for a white paint
Would RecommendI am currently painting the whole house that I live in. I am only painting in plain white so I did not envisage any problems with doing this. I have had a nightmare and spent many dollars on another brand of paint having to paint well over 3 coats or more on an off white wall. I decided to give Valspar a go and I could kick myself that I didn't do this earlier. I found that this paint has a good coverage with only 2 coats of paint on the walls it has come out perfectly. Not 1 coat
Would RecommendThis is robust and durable. It definitely isnt a 1 coat paint. My wife and i had to do 2 coats even on white. After its dry its very nice.
