Can't Trust the Paint Mixer
I handed the lady at the paint counter a paint swatch for Valspars Soft Spoken 8007-11E, which is in the soft warm white range and requested 1 quart in of SW Ovation Plus in eggshell finish. As I painted, it appeared the paint was lighter than the sample I had applied a few days before, but I know paint tends to darken as it dries.
