Would RecommendI primed the wall before using. I NEVER trust any paint that says it is both. Wonderful color, went on smoothly with a 3/8" nap roller. We shall see how well it hols up, but the matte 'sheen' has done a great job to disguise somewhat the horrible 1990ties texture job.

Would RecommendI purchased this paint as a touch up for existing walls. Once I painted all the spots that needed touch ups and it dried, the color was off enough that I had to go buy a couple of gallons to paint whole walls. I don’t believe it was mixed wrong, I think it was because of painting it on with a brush, while it was painted originally by spraying.

Garbage quality
Would Not RecommendI’m so disappointed with this paint quality. The color is nice but the walls are trash. Any time you touch or brush up against the walls, it leaves marks. If you try to wipe it with your hand it makes it even worse. This paint was recommended by the Lowe’s employee. I am so bummed by the outcome.

Ovation paint base worked well in my bathroom.

Would RecommendThe match of the existing paint was just about perfect. I'm the only one that would ever be able to know they weren't from the same can. Thanks to Steve in the paint department who did a second go around and added a little darkener to the first batch. A good ending to a good project.
