Would RecommendI bought this product for my pine privacy fence. I wanted it to match my spruce privacy fence that came already cedar color treated, and which I used the Transparent stain overtop. The pine was not treated, and a much lighter wood. Therefore, I used the additional cedar color in the semi-transparent matched the other fencing.

Would RecommendCovers well and seals better. Be careful when choosing a color because I didn't realize how much more pollen would show on my deck in the spring, but that's not the products fault.
