Would RecommendUsed for new textured walls in a shop. The price was right for a shop. Coverage was pretty good but I had to watch and go over some parts. But I have already tested the wash ability for this semi gloss and it was great.

Awful smell
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this paint a week ago and painted my bedroom. It smells so awful, even after a week of dry time. Still can't sleep in the room after a week. I can't believe it has no VOC's with that much fume emissions!
