Would RecommendWater based paint easy to clean up afterwards than oil based paints. If tenants tries to scrub the walls, unfortunately the paint will be removed eventually. Inexpensive paint similar to construction based paints in new homes.

Dries with streaks
Bought flat Grow interior paint, Valspar Signature. Had to do 3+ coats and walls still look streaked. Also when it dries it leaves tiny holes in the paint where the original color shows through (slightly darker color). Touch up took almost a long as painting. Very disappointed in the quality. We are painting the interior of our home and now will be changing paint color and brand.

Don't buy this paint!
Would Not RecommendThis paint is awful. It didn't cover anything, I had to mix it for 15 minutes to get it smooth, and it went on like el.ers glue not any paint I've ever used.
