Nice paint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to repaint our bathroom and went with this paint. I liked the coverage and options with Valspar and I didn’t have to do 5 coats for it to look nice.

Good coverage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically buy paint and primer in one, so I was skeptical about this paint. I was pleasantly surprised at the coverage it provided, but it took two coats to adequately cover my walls. I have gotten used to the thickness of the paint with primer, but this wasn’t too thin to splatter everywhere. For the price, I would buy this again!

Nice coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids all painted their rooms in the last year so we had a lot of opportunities to try a lot of paints. All had other colors on their walls already so coverage was important. This went on well, but did need two layers in several places.

Great results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to paint in white over my living room gray walls. The first wall I painted I did not use a primer and I ended up having to give it three coats. It may have been fine with just two but I like a nice even color throughout my walls, so I have it a third coat. The second wall I painted I used one coat of primer and two coats of color which was more than enough. Paint was easy to use. Went on smooth and evenly. It also dried fairly quick...

Valspar 4000

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good paint. It seems a little thick than other paints. It covers the wall nicely. My only complaint is that it did not mix well when it was tinted.

Valspar 4000 interior pai

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Valspar brand and this product didn't disappoint me. I used the paint for a high traffic area, the hallway and stairs. I need a paint that is easy to clean when it gets dirty from hand prints and rub marks. This paint cleans up so easily...I was amazed! Very satisfied with this product.

I love how it takes less coats of paint to get good coverage. I would not hesitate to Recommend this product to others and would buy again.

Works Great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Valspar 4000 Interior Paint a few days ago, and it works really well. After I primed the walls, I applied to my bedroom walls. Was easy to apply, and went on smoothly. It is semi-gloss, so that makes easy cleaning. I love Valspar products. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Got it done with ease

Great paint

Not good

This paint does not cover in 2 coats. It also does not go very far. One gallon did not paint 3 small closets. Get a better paint and you will thank yourself

One coat coverage

This is a very good paint for the price. I've painted three rooms so far and am very satisfied with the coverage and how it turned out when it dried. If your looking for an inexpensive paint to cover up ugly, this is it. Landlords like beige but I don't. I went with pastel colors and will paint over when I leave if they want, but it looks so much better now.

Just Say No

Unless you're painting over the same color, don't bother. You'd have to use this entire 5 gallon to do 1 room. So extremely thin that you need 3 or 4 coats. It did fine for my already white walls though. Brightened them up a bit.

Do not waste your money!!

I have experience painting and do yourself a favor and spend the couple extra bucks and buy a better quality. I bought this due to budget constraints and I am paying for it now. I am using an off white and I have had to put 3 coats on and the primer is still showing thru. This is the worst coverage ever!!

Matched My Wall Perfectly

I needed to do some touch-up on some walls that had only ever had a contractor coat of paint. This paint matched perfectly - now I don't have to paint the whole wall :)

Not only affordable paint but goes on easily and finishes perfect.

Worst!

I'm soo upset!! This paint is the worst ever!!! Doesn't cover at all! Please don't buy it!
