Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought multiple colors at different times an I've been able to do the room I wanted at my house and still had plenty left over to give to my dad for him to do 2 rooms!

not impressed

Purchased this exact color and type of paint to start a project 4 months ago. I got a 2nd one to do some finishing and touching up and the match is horrible. I ended up to do the whole thing. Not impressed with Valspar

Great for the cost

I bought this for my girls bathroom in a pinch and needed something under 20bucks . I was cautious as I have been a diehard SW and BM fan. Well I was shocked how well this went on and did have to do 2 coats but honestly I do this anyway with the privy paints anyway. Note this went over a very dark color and was going from blue to yellow . Very happy and will buy this again

More like whitewash

I bought this valspar express coat emulsion thinking it would be ideal to paint the walls prior to wall papering them. Unfortunately the emulsion was very watery . Don’t know if that’s how supposed to be? All I know is I won’t be buying it again.

Favorite paint and primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this product as a base spray bc it gives me a nice flat white for the ceiling and transitions onto the walls as a primer base coat to lock in my customers color choice keeping it true.

Great coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use thi on our interior doors, door trim, quarter round and baseboards. It has good coverage and is also great for quick touch ups. The price is a good value as a DIY homeowner as well.

Watery and thin

Unbelievably thin. Poor coverage. Buy something better

How do you mess up white paint?

The paint was more like water it would not mix up and will not stay on the wall it was just streaky and Runny

It is OK for the pirce

Dont expect Miracles for a Gallon of Eggshell Sheen pain for 18 bucks. Coverage is not very good, unless you lay it on thick, which takes more time, hence the "Express" in the product title does not live up to it's name. I would not use this for anything but low traffic areas, (I used it for closets and a small accent wall) Another reason I added a star to put it at just "average"" is that it has a green guard stamp, and even though it is not zero voc, there is a very low odor, and it did not sm...

Love the color

Good to work with!

Good coverage even with one coat, needed a second to remove slight shadowing. Second coat and the finish was spot on and uniform.

Great coverage/Fast dry

Every bit as good as the $50 version! I’m in the process of renovating my home, and the handyman saw me using an expensive Valspar paint. He told me I could get the same coverage and pay only $15 by using the ExpressCoat. He was right! This is the only paint I’ll use now!
