I stripped, I sanded, I power washed with deck cleaner, I sanded again, I power washed a second time, again with deck cleaner. I applied the "deck correct" after 4 days of beautiful, sunny weather to ensure the deck was completely dry. Would RecommendFirst time using and very happy w quality. Thick coverage with a roller. Price on sale was great. Has a slight gritty feel due to particles meant to make it last longer, explained to me in store. Water cleanup and fast tacky. Maybe take a small can home of the regular pair as ours looks redder than the brochure chip.

Would RecommendIt does not cause wood to rot...smh. You caused the rot by not checking the moisture in your wood deck prior to applying. If you trap moisture under any layer, you'll get rot, mold, etc.. I've had this down for 3 years and only touch up the high traffic areas just this year.

Went on easy, will see how it holds up.
Would RecommendI got a gallon of the non-tinted from my local Lowes and had it color coded to Tile Red. I put it on the deck of a trailer, which already some nasty black tar type paint on it already. Had to do about 3 coats to get an even, solid cover but a gallon was able to cover the entire thing with a little left to spare. This being a car trailer, it will get beat up pretty bad so time will tell how it holds up. I do like the texture it gives, doesnt make me worry about slipping in the wet.
