Not flat paint

Every house we have lived in we use flat paint. We bought 7 gallons of flat paint at lowes. After painting it had a sheen to it and our painting contractor said it looked more like an eggshell. The coverage was terrible. We bought two more gallons because the coverage was bad. Finally we went to Sherwin Williams and bought flat paint from them which was great. Easy application

Buy something else

Paint coverage is really bad - took 2 gallons to paint a 10x11 bedroom. Coverage is ok with a roller and next to impossible with a brush. It takes 4 coats on the coat in - that is unacceptable. It also somehow manages to be the consistency of pudding but still runs/drips easier than thinner paint. Bad purchase

Displeased by coverage and hiding

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a 5 gallon can of this paint with a custom green color a month back on sale for a great price .we painted living area and kitchen with it but didn’t have enough to finish entire area . Went back to lowes today and purchased another gallon and they were able to match the paint perfect for us. Great coverage and nice soft color.

Outstanding

Solid paint, good colors

Dries with streaks

Bought flat Grow interior paint, Valspar Signature. Had to do 3+ coats and walls still look streaked. Also when it dries it leaves tiny holes in the paint where the original color shows through (slightly darker color). Touch up took almost a long as painting. Very disappointed in the quality. We are painting the interior of our home and now will be changing paint color and brand.

Perfectly Unique

Excellent coverage
