It's a hard no for me

Does not cover in 1 single coat, wall looks patchy after the first coat. Decided on the cheaper route since it was the same color...do not buy unless you want to waste your time recoating.

Good coverage with Satin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We painted several rooms with Valspar 2000 in the satin finish. I love it! I did take a second coat to evenly coat the walls in our bedroom. The ceilings only required 1 coat. The finish is beautiful. I love how it has a soft sheen. It is much easier to keep clean vs. the previous paint. (The previous color was also Valspar, but in an eggshell sheen.) Accidental drips that fell on the carpet were pretty easily cleaned up, even after they ...

Doesn't provide good paint coverage

Should have spent the bit extra to get the eggshell. This didn't cover well and I had to paint a second coat over it. Worked well with a paint sprayer.

Two coats, really?

I thought this paint and primer was supposed to be one coat! I am not painting over a dark color, it’s a light tan. Very disappointing since I’m doing the small bedroom twice. Do not buy!

Horrible

I will Never use any vslspar product including brushes after this I've painted for 38 years and I have never had to strip the same wall let alone 5 times and it still looks like garbage I have a video but they won't allow me to upload it though it states its optional wonder why

Difficult to get a good coverage of the walls.

Yikes!! What happened? I had the walls painted twice with a similar paint color. I thought it should cover well because there was so little color change. I was wrong! After two coats the other color was still showing through. I had to return it and buy another paint. I really don't like giving a negative review.
