Would Not RecommendHave used Valspar in the past (no problems) but this latest "batch" runs, drips like no other paint I've used --- and that's after vigorously stirring the paint and using premium paint brushes. Avoid.

Would Not RecommendI typically use Sherwin Williams paints, a brand owned by Valspar. Due to supply chain issues, SW was out of the gloss trim paint. The clerk told me that Valspar was fulfilling big box stores first. I decided to try the Valspar label instead. Huge mistake. I hope, for users, that I got a bad batch. For starters, this paint was soupy when I stirred and poured it. I often add Floetrol to thicker paints to avoid brush marks, but this paint was already runny. Would Not RecommendI bought this paint because it was recommend on the Lowe's website when I bought my wall paint. the first was applied and after it dried it looked just like primer. not shiny at all. I applied another coat which did help a little but it defiantly did look high gloss. i'm only continuing to use what is in the can because im afraid to mix different paints in the same area that is being painted. will switch to another type next time.
