It boasts of being a paint with primer, but either I purchased a gallon from a bad lot or their primer is useless. Because it's so thin, it splatters even when carefully applying it in a failed attempt to not make a mess. It also boasts that its a one-coat paint. It does NOT cover minor water stains in one coat.
