VOG. Do not use this!!!

No bonding
Would Not RecommendI cleaned and applied VOG wall in mobile home. Cured 5 days. It scratches off when I run my finger over it. Right down to the original vinyl. No bonding to wall at all. Bought primer paint in one. Room only 250sqft, and I had to buy second gallon. Coats were not applied to thick. Now what can I do??? I can't sand/scrape dk forest green off all my walls. I am beyond livid.
