Can you install a fan or lighting with this under deck system?


Hello, thank you for your interest in Tuftex DeckDrain panels. We would suggest to use a an outdoor sealed ceiling fan with a weathproof box, mounted to the deck itself as close to a ridge or on the ridge itself using a long stem. Use a silicone caulk for the sealant as you would around the end laps and the overlaps. We do not have a ceiling fan installation spec, to have a completely weatherproof fan the upperlevel deck would have to be weatherproof.
