1. Can the ends be routered? and 2. Can the material be glued with something like construction adhesive or Titebond III for exterior?


Hello, and thank you for your interest in Trex! The only routing that we suggest is for the sides of the boards to create a groove for the Trex Hidden fasteners. For example you may need to route a square edge board when it is the last board on the deck. In regards to gluing, the deck boards should not be glued with any sort of adhesive. The boards should be gapped per our recommendations end to end, and width to width to allow for proper drainage and airflow. Gluing the Trex boards can void your Trex warranty.
