Trying to install this on a hand rail.. can the edges be routed to a different profile?


Hello, and thank you for your interest in Trex! We do not recommend trimming the sides of Trex square edge boards. This removes the shell on the sides and the color will not be the same. The ends of the boards can be, but not the long sides. In addition the only routing that we suggest for the sides of the boards is to create the groove for hidden fasteners, when the square edge board is the last board on the deck.
