is this Groutable? & can it be installed over an existing Linoleium floor & if YES, is their any PREP to be done to help it STICK?


It's best to use a specific primer prior to installing this product. If it's concrete floor, it should be cleaned before putting the base primer down. The primer is called TEC Multi-Purpose Primer, and it's about $12. The grout used for the vinyl floors is right next to the tiles. It's made by Blue Hawk. Any flooring associate should be able to help you find it.
