Can the piece that makes the blinds rotate be changed or repaired? They still slide open but the rotation just spins(broken) Thank you !


If the louvers become misaligned, rotate the wand to one end until a clicking sound is heard. Then, rotate the louvers to the reverse side until the clicking sound is heard again. The louvers should now be correctly aligned. If over-rotating the wand, the tilter will become idle, which protects the carrier in the headrail from damage. Rotate the wand back and it will recover.
