I need an outlet box to mount to the exterior of a steel shipping container. Will this work? How would it attach? Thank you.

4 small holes at each corner, outside bottom of the box. They include 2 little straight brackets (see product photos) and 2 tiny self-tapping screws. You decide which 2 corners you want to use. I would drill two holes thru the box for extra strength support.

These boxes include a set of mounting lugs that attach to the back of the box and provide a way to mount the box to another surface. #10 or #12 screws, roughly 1” long (depending on the thickness of your mounting surface) are recommended for mounting the box, but just make sure you use the appropriate type of screw for the mounting surface.
