Need Shade Tolerant Grass to fill gaps in Bermuda Lawn under shade trees?


Turf Builder Zoysia Grass should handle the shade better than Bermuda. You may want to evaluate the use of Zoysia grass in Arizona though as it is more of a transitional zone grass type and may it may not match the appearance of your existing Bermuda lawn.

Zoysia like Bermuda is a warm season grass and does not do well in shady areas. Fescue grass is the most shade tolerant.
