how do you clean out plumbing roof vent ?


This is not something that Oatey is experienced in. We only provide the flashing.

The plumber used a very long snake on my parents house. He said it was 100 ft+. Went up on the roof and fed it down to the septic tank

You will have to go up on the roof and find the pipe, It should be very close to where the bathroom is, use a flash light to look down the vent to see any debris. Use your garden hose and try to flush the vent until the vent clears. If it is a stubborn one you can use the hose the push down the vent just like the snake. that should do the trick.
