Can this stain be rubbed on paneling to bring back its color?


Hello. Penaling may not be porous enough to accept our penetrating Wood Finish Stain. If the stain just wipes off once applied (allow it to penetrate into the surface for 5-15 minutes). If the color wipes off after this time, try working it into the paneling with 220 grit and if it still is removing easily after 5-15 minutes, you would have to use either our Gel Stain or Polyshades; as they are more topical.
