This price is for 168 pieces per bundle/pack. BUT, the description is still incorrect. It states (Common; 1 inch X 4 foot X 8 foot), which is way off. But the (Actual; .625 inch X 3.468 inch X 95.875 inch) is correct. All common vs actual is like that. In other words, it is about $5.74 per board of 1 inch X 4 inch X 95.875 inch. A pack/bundle will cover approx. 48.566 foot wide X 95.875 inches (8 foot) high. Enough to do a medium sized house front.

Robert complained about this error clear back in June 2016. For the 97470 store site this piece of SmartSide 440 is still listed at $1,051.94.
