are the dead bolts keyed on both sides


In an emergency you want to be able to exit quickly, not have to search for a key. I have a door for apartment on first and second floor. If there was an emergency I want a turn knob for the deadbolt for tenant to exit without having to find a key. This is what I am looking for.

The handle only has key slot on one side. The agent said it would be hard for me to find and double=keyed knob, which I highly wonder about.
